Πρέπει να φοράω την ειδική μπότα για κάταγμα αστραγάλου ακόμα και όταν είμαι ξάπλα;
Έχω κάταγμα στον αστράγαλο. 2 εβδομάδες είχα νάρθηκα με γύψο. Τώρα ο γιατρός μου έβαλε ειδικής μπότα. Πρέπει να την φοράω και όταν είμαι ξάπλα η μόνο όταν περπατάω? Το πόδι μου έχει μαυρίσει. Τι κάνω

Καλησπέρα σας. Όταν δεν πατάτε μπορείτε να την βγάζετε αρκεί να μην το χτυπήσετε πουθενά. Αν μαυρίζει σηκώνετε το ψηλά και κουνήστε τα δάχτυλα (ΜΌΝΟ) όσο σας επιτρέπει ο πόνος. Μην ανησυχείτε για το μαύρισμα , θα υποχωρήσει , είναι το αιμάτωμα , δε χρειάζεται κάτι.
