Πόσος καιρός χρειάζεται για αποθεραπεία μετά από κάταγμα ποδιού;
Πριν ενάμιση μήνα έσπασα το πόδι μου, έκανα χειρουργείο αμισφυριο, με στεντ (αν το λέω καλά) με βίδες στον έξω σφυρο και μια λάμα κάθετα... 3 βδομάδες νάρθηκα+ 3 να μην το πατήσω. Όλα καλά στο κόκκαλο αλλά το πόδι είναι σαν τσιμέντο. Το κουνάω λίγο πάνω κάτω αλλά τίποτα. Αύριο ξεκινάω φυσιοθεραπείες αλλά μου φαίνεται ότι το πόδι δεν κάνει τίποτα. Πόσο καιρό θα είναι έτσι; Θα γίνει οπως πριν ποτέ;

Θα βελτιωθεί σίγουρα κ είναι εντελώς φυσιολογικό να έχει δυσκαμψία τόσο σύντομα από τον τραυματισμό.
Αν ζητάτε όμως μονολεκτική απάντηση στο αν θα γινει όπως πριν ποτέ, η απάντηση είναι οχι
