Πώς να μειώσω το πρήξιμο στο δάχτυλο μετά από επέμβαση τένοντα;
Έκοψα με αλυσοπρίονο στο κατομερος καιμεταξη των δύο κλειδοσεων του αριστερού αντιχηρα και κοπικε και ο τένοντας μου κάνανε επέμβαση την ίδια ημέρα αλά δεν ενοσανε τον τένοντα μόνο ραψανε το τραύμα μετά ένα μήνα με ξανακανανε επέμβαση και ραψανε και τον τένοντα τώρα κάνω φυσικοθεραπείες το πρόβλημα μου είναι οτι εκεί που σπάει ο αντίχειρας κοντά στο νύχι μετά από 3 μήνες δεν σπάει στην κλήδωση είναι πρησμένο και δεν λέει να ξεπριστη με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει πολύ μικρή κίνηση πως μπορώ να το βοηθήσω να ξεπριστη; Και τα δάκτυλα της παλάμης και αυτά είναι πριζμενα και όταν τα κληνο με πονάνε ευχαριστώ πολύ.
