Καλημέρα σας & καλό μήνα Σπασμένος αστράγαλος,22η μέρα σήμερα μετά από το χειρουργείο.. δοκιμάσαμε εφαρμογή της ειδικής μπότας αλλά αδύνατον.. πολύς πόνος.. είναι ακόμη πρησμένο..τι θα προτείνατε για να ξεπρηστει? Στο μεταξύ καθόλου κινητικότητα, συνέστησαν μόνο για τουαλέτα με Π.. το υπόλοιπο διάστημα ψηλά το πόδι σε μαξιλάρια.. πείτε μου σας παρακαλώ αν μπορεί να γίνει κάτι..σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
