Πώς να ανακτήσω πλήρη κίνηση σε γόνατο και ώμο μετά από τροχαίο;
Είχα ένα τροχεο πριν 3μηνες.το οποίο έπαθα καταγμα στο νονατο κ πέθανα τους τενοντες στον ώμο.έβγαλα τον γύψο σε ένα μήνα ένα μήνα τον ναρθηκα κα τώρα που δεν φοράω τπτ αγγιλωσε το ποδι κ δεν λυγίζει.εκανα φυσιοθεραπειες αλλά.τις έκανα όρθιες κ έτσι πιάστηκε.αλλο μάλλον ξαπλωτη.με αποτέλεσμα να μν λυγίζει καθόλου.ποσο ακόμα δεν θα περπαταω κανόνισα???θα οδηγήσω ξανά???το χέρι δεν του έκαναν τπτμε τις φυσιοθεραπειες θα φτιάξει???κουραστηκα θελωνα περπαταω κανόνισα ικα κ να κάνω όλες μου τις δραστηριότητες..
