Πόνος στα πλευρά και ωμοπλάτη μετά από Covid και βήχα για ένα μήνα

Καλημέρα μετά από έντονο βήχα λόγω κοβιντ είχα έντονο πόνο στα πλευρά στην αριστερή πλευρά και πίσω στην ωμοπλάτη όταν κινούμαι η ανασάνω επίσης πονάω έχω κάνει αξονική στους πνεύμονες και ήταν όλα καλά όμως πάει ένας μήνας κ ακόμα πονάω ο πνευμονολόγος είπε πιθανών θλάση αλλά ένα μήνα τώρα δεν περνάει ο πονος. Ο βηχασ Μου είναι πλέον λιγοστός

  • Απο έντονο βήχα μπορεί μέχρι κ να σπάσουν πλευρά.
    Επομένως μια μυϊκή θλάση είναι εξαιρετικά πιθανή κ δυστυχώς λόγω διαρκούς κίνησης των θωρακικών μυών (λόγω αναπνοής) συνήθως τα ενοχλήματα διαρκούν εβδομάδες

  • Έτσι όπως το περιγράφετε δε μπορεί παρά να είναι θλάση, καλά σας είπε ο πνευμονολόγος. Όμως η θλάση των αναπνευστικών μυών κάνει καιρό να περάσει, γιατί δε μπορούν βεβαίως να "ξεκουραστούν" .
