Καλησπέρα! Έσπασα το δεύτερο δάχτυλο του ποδιού, αφού μου έπεσε πάνω στο ποδι βαρύ αντικείμενο. Προς το παρόν είναι πρησμένο χωρις πόνο σε ουδετερη θέση. Σε πόσο καιρό προτείνετε να δοκιμάσω να το πατήσω? Επίσης σε πόσο καιρό αναμένεται να γυρίσω φυσιολογικά στις δραστηριότητες μου (ορθοστασία στη δουλειά ή και γυμναστήριο)??? Ευχαριστώ!
