Δυσκαμψία και πόνος στον παράμεσο μετά από "snap" - Μη-εγχειρητική θεραπεία;
Καλησπέρα. Έπειτα από μια παράξενη κίνηση του χεριού ένιωσα ενα "snap" και ο παράμεσος του δεξιού μου χεριού έχει μια δυσκαμψία έκτοτε. Ο τένοντας σπάνια ενοχλεί έως τον αγκώνα. Δεν μπορεί να κλείσει εύκολα προς τα μέσα και στο εσωτερικό μέρος της παλάμης υπήρχε ενα πρήξιμο το οποίο έχει υποχωρίσει κάπως. Επίσης δεν μπορεί να υποστηρίξει βάρος το δάχτυλο. Αν μιλάμε για το γνωστό trigger finger υπάρχει κάποια μη-εγχειρητική θεραπεία;

Μπορεί να γίνει ένεση κορτιζόνης, με τοπική αναισθησία, στο έλυτρο του τένοντα που προκαλεί το πρόβλημα.

Η περιγραφή δεν μοιάζει με trigger finger.
Το καλύτερο θα ήταν να το ρίξει μια ματιά ένας ορθοπαιδικός
