Μπορώ να περπατήσω νωρίτερα μετά από κάταγμα στο έξω σφυρό με μπότα;
Καλησπερα έιχα ένα κάταγμα στο έξω σφυρο στι 29-6 βάλαμε λαμακι εχτές 24-7 βγάλαμε τα ρέματα και βάλαμε μπότα ..ο γιατρός μου είπε να κάνω βήματα σε 10μερες 20% του βάρους μου ..μετά από άλλες 10 μερες 50% βάρους και μετά από άλλες 10 μερες να περπατάω κανονικά με μπότα χωρίς πατερίτσες …Μπορω και νωρίτερα να προσπαθήσω να περπατήσω η πρέπει ανά 10ημερο με παραπάνω βάρος όπως μου είπαν? Επίσης η ακρινό γραφεία έδειξε καλή πόρωση ..ευχαριστω
