Πότε μπορώ να φορέσω κανονικό παπούτσι μετά από κάταγμα στο 5ο μετατάρσιο;
Καλημερα σας 4,5 εβδομάδες μετά από κάταγμα στο 5ο μετατάρσιο στο μέσο περίπου που είναι διαγώνιο με μικρή παρεκτοπιση ,φοράω μπότα σταθερής γωνίας μόνο σαν νάρθηκα και όχι για να περπατάω (δεν το έχω πατήσει καθόλου).Ποτέ μπορώ να βάλω κανονικό παπούτσι και να δοκιμάσω να περπατήσω ; Μπορώ να περπατάω με την μπότα για κάποιο καιρό και μετά παπούτσι;

Νομίζω ότι πλεον μπορείτε να πατάτε με τη μπότα και σε 2-3 βδομάδες κ παπούτσι

Ναι μπορείτε να δοκιμάσετε σιγά σιγά λίγη φόρτιση και να αλλάξετε παπούτσια. Στην αρχή δοκιμαστικά και αν δεν σας ενοχλεί συνεχίστε κανονικά χωρίς όμως ιδιαίτερη επιβάρυνση.
