Γιατί πονάω στην μασχάλη μετά από 30 λεπτά χρήσης πατερίτσας;
Καλησπέρα.Ξεκίνησα να περπατάω με πατερίτσες λόγω ενός ατυχήματος και μετά από 30 λεπτά ξεκίνησα να πονάω στην μασχάλη μου.Δεν ξέρω γιατί πονάει τόσο πολύ και ακόμη συνεχίζω να πονάω κι ας έχουν περάσει κάμποσες ώρες.

Αν δε μουδιάζουν τα χέρια είναι ακίνδυνο

Θα μπορούσατε να δοκιμάζατε να αλλάξετε τις πατερίτσες σας σε πατερίτσες αγκώνα ώστε να μην επιβαρύνετε τη μασχάλη και τον ώμο σας.

Να το προσέξετε πολύ αυτό γιατί μπορεί να σας προκαλέσει και παράλυση στο μασχαλιαίο νεύρο αν οι πατερίτσες που έχετε είνα μασχάλης. Γενικά δε στηριζόμαστε στη μασχάλη αλλά στους καρπούς, οπότε πρέπει να χαμηλώσετε το ύψος σε κάθε περίπτωση

Αν δεν έχουν υποχωρήσει οι αιμωδιες είναι καλό να επισκεφθείτε έναν νευρολογο.
