Αποκατάσταση μετά από χειρουργείο κνήμης με καρφί: Συμβουλές και πρόοδος
Γεια σας, απο τροχαιο εσπασε η κνημη μου και εκανα χειρουργείο! Μου βάλανε καρφι μεσα στο κοκκαλο. Είμαι 20 μέρες μετα το χειρουργείο και εχω μερικές ερωτήσεις σχετικα με την αποκατάσταση. Το μονο που μου ειπαν ειναι να βαζω σιγα σιγα βαρος κ να το κουναω γενικα. Εχω αποκτήσει ήδη το 80% της κινητικότητας μου περίπου και απο 15 κιλα που εβαζα βαρος με το ζορι, τωρα βαζω 20-25. Περπατάω και με 'Πι' χωρις να βαζω παρα πολυ βαρος στο ποδι. Κάνω καλα μέχρι εδω ? Και αν ναι έχετε καμια αλλη συμβουλή?
