8 εβδομάδες με κάταγμα επιγονατίδας, να αρχίσω να πατάω το πόδι μου;
Γεια σας .. 8 εβδομάδες με κάταγμα επιγονατίδας φοράω μηροκνημικο κηδεμόνα κ το έχω στις 60 μοίρες ..κ κάνω ήπιες ασκήσεις ...αλλά έχω πατερίτσες ...να αρχίσω να το πατάω κανονικά το πόδι μου πλέον?
