Πόνος και κάψιμο στον αστράγαλο μετά από 40 μέρες με μπότα σε ρωγμώδες κάταγμα
Εκλεισα 40 μέρες με μπότα σε απαρεκτοπιστο ρωγμωδες κάταγμα έξω σφυρού. Οι ακτινογραφία δειχνουν ότι κόλλησε η ρωγμή. Μου είπαν να αρχίσω να βάζω λίγο βάρος στο πόδι, σταδιακά με τις πατεριτσες και λίγο να κουνάω σαν άσκηση τα δάχτυλα και την άρθρωση πάνω-κάτω. Όμως νιώθω πόνο στην εξωτερική περιοχή του αστραγάλου, σαν κάψιμο και κάποιες φορές και σουβλιές. Είναι το κόκκαλο? μήπως δεν ήταν έτοιμο να ξεκινήσω να φορτίζω? Έκανα ζημιά?

Στα απαρεκτόπιστα κατάγματα έξω σφυρού οι σύγχρονες απόψεις (όταν αφορούν υγιείς ανθρώπους, κανονικού σωματικού βάρους) είναι η φόρτιση να αρχίζει αμέσως. Οπότε είναι εντελώς απίθανο (αν ανήκετε στην παραπάνω κατηγορία) να κάνατε ζημιά. Πολύ πιο πιθανό είναι να τα αισθάνεστε όλα αυτά λόγω της δυσκαμψίας που ήταν αποτέλεσμα της καθυστερημένης φόρτισης.
