Έκανα μαγνητική στο γόνατο μετά από τραυματισμό και το πόρισμα ήταν μερική ρήξη τετρακεφαλου τένοντα. Το πόδι πονάει αρκετά, τι πρέπει να κάνω από δω και πέρα

Αν υπάρχει ρήξη τετρακέφαλου με ανεπάρκεια του μυός, εγχείρηση.
Αν πρόκειται για μερική ρήξη , αυστηρή ακινητοποίηση σε έκταση για 1,5 μηνα

Η θεραπεία για τη ρήξη τετρακεφάλου (μερική ή ολική) είναι χειρουργική ή συντηρητική. Η επιλογή εξαρτάται από πολλούς παράγοντες. Πόσο παλιά είναι η ρήξη, πόσο "μεγάλη", ηλικία / υγεία του ασθενούς, αλλά και το πόσο είναι διατεθειμένος να μείνει εκτός δουλειάς / οδήγησης για διάστημα εβδομάδων έως μηνών.
