Απώλεια γεύσης και όσφρησης μετά από γρίπη τύπου Β και συνεχή μπούκωμα
Καλησπέρα! Έχω συνεχόμενο μπούκωμα και καταρροή εδώ και αρκετές εβδομάδες. Κόλλησα γρίπη τύπου Β μέσα Ιανουαρίου και από τότε δεν μου έχει περάσει το μπούκωμα. Συνεχίζω και βάζω ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα σπρέι στην μύτη, αλλά η κατάσταση έχει επιδεινωθεί. Δεν μου κάνουν τίποτα. Σήμερα νιώθω απώλεια γεύσης και όσφρησης. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει? Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας! Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει υπόστρωμα αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας και αυτό να χειροτερεύει τα συμπτώματα και να κάνει πιο αργή την αποδρομή τους. Τα ρινικά σπρέι μπορεί να ανήκουν και σε κατηγορίες που δεν επιτρέπεται για μακρό διάστημα η χρήση τους, λόγω ενδεχόμενων ανεπιθύμητων ενεργειών. Θα χρειαστεί σίγουρα εκτίμηση από ΩΡΛ και ίσως σε 2ο χρόνο για την διερεύνηση ενδεχόμενης αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας από Αλλεργιολόγο.

Εαν το σπρέι στη μύτη περιέχει αγγειοσυσπαστικο ή αποσυμφορητικο (ronal ή otrivin ή dexarhina κλπ) τοτε σας έχει προκαλεσει εξαρτηση (φαρμακευτική ρινίτιδα) και πρεπει να επισκεφθειτε αλλεργιολογο ή ΩΡΛ.
