Ζαλάδα και αυξημένη πίεση μετά από ξενύχτια και ποδόσφαιρο - τι να κάνω;

Μετά από ένα ΠΣΚ με ξενύχτια και αγώνα ποδοσφαίρου, τρίτη και Τετάρτη πάλι ξενύχτι ,αισθάνομαι από την τρίτη μέχρι σήμερα Πέμπτη ζαλαδα όλη την ημέρα. Μάλιστα, ίσως από το άγχος μου, μου ανέβηκε η πίεση σήμερα στο 15,2 και τωρα εχω 12,8. Έχω κάνει καρδιολογικες και αιματολογικες εξετάσεις και ήταν πολύ καλές . Σε τι μπορεί να οφείλεται;

  • καλημέρα, επισκεφθείτε καρδιολόγο αφού έχετε σύμπτωμα, μην επαναπαύεστε ότι κάποτε ήταν όλα καλά.
