Τι μπορεί να προκαλεί φλεγμονή στο γόνατο χωρίς τραυματισμό;
Καλησπέρα σας,παρουσιασα ένα πρήξιμο μεγάλο στο γόνατο χωρίς κάποιο τραυματισμό η χτύπημα και χρειάστηκε να κάνω παρακέντηση και εξετάσεις αιματολογικές και ούρων.Η CRP έδειξε 15,22 mg/L η ESR 59 mm/hr,,,Rheumatoid Factor less than 20.0 IU/ml,,,ΟΥΡΩΝ το μονο ανεβασμενο WBC 56.00 /ul και το ΑΝΑ ΘΕΤΙΚΟ 1΄80 με pattern speckled.Απο την παρακεντηση synovial fluid protein 4051.08 mg/dl synovial fluid sugar 4.97 mmol/L,,total WBC count 1024/uL,,,RBC count 768/uL...no clot formation ,,classification inflammatory ,,,viscosity abnormal ,,,,clarity abnormal ,,,,color xanthochromic yellow..βρισκομαι στο εξωτερικο και γυρναω σε ενα μηνα Ελλαδα γνωριζετε τι μπορει να ειναι αυτες οι ενδειξεις φλεγμονης?
