Καλησπέρα σας. Πρόσφατα ειχα εντοπίσει (Απρίλιος 2024) μια πετρα 2εκ στο νεφρό. Έπειτα απο επικοινωνία με ουρολογο σε δημόσιο νοσοκομείο συν-αποφασίσαμε να γίνει δοκιμή με λιθοτριψια. Έχουν γίνει συνολικά 3 και πλέον (έπειτα απο επίσκεψη σε άλλο εφημερευον νοσοκομείο σε μέρα που είχα συμπτώματα φουσκωματος, πόνου, και ζάλης) έγινε υπερηχος και ΝΟΚ και διαπιστώθηκε ήπια διάταση νεφρού και ουρητήρα ενω στο αρχικό μέρος του ουρητήρα σε μήκος 2εκ υπάρχει πέτρα (ή πέτρες) που είχαν σπάσει απο τ αρχικό μέρος που βρίσκονταν (νεφρο) Αξίζει να συνεχίσω λιθοτριψίες ή να κανω κατευθείαν χειρουργείο;

Καλησπέρα σας, Είμαι 33 χρόνων κ παθαίνω αρκετές ουρολοιμώξεις συνήθως μετά από κάθε επαφή. Έχω δοκιμάσει όλα τα αντιβιωτικα Πλέον το μόνο που με πιάνει είναι furolin Μαζί με algofren. Έχω κάνει υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας Αξονική τομογραφία όλα ήταν καθαρά το μόνο π εμφανιστηκε ήταν δίπλος ουρωτηρας... Το ρώτησα στο γιατρό κ μου είπε ότι έτσι έχεις γεννηθεί. Το ερώτημα μου είναι γτ παθαίνω ουρολοίμωξη κάθε μήνα παρότι πίνω 3-4 Λίτρα νερό ημερησίως...

I injured my finger on Sunday and on Monday it began to bruise and swell slightly. I can move the finger fine, it only hurts if I squeeze a certain part of it. But the whole finger is now dark with bruise and it tends to be colder than the other fingers. Do I need to see a doctor or can I treat it somehow at home? I don't feel a break, so perhaps just a bad bruise?

I have two swollen lymph nodes one under the jaw and one in the left side of my neck. My doctor said it was due to bronchitis and a cold but after a week of antibiotics and two days of Algofren they havent subsided. Do you have a suggested course of action?
