Υπερχοληστερολαιμία στην οικογένεια, 40 ετών, σωστή διατροφή, στατίνες;

Καλησπέρα σας, υπάρχει ιστορικό υπερχοληστερολαιμία στην οικογένεια. Είμαι 40 ετών 180 ύψος 79 κιλά δεν καπνίζω δεν πίνω γενικά προσέχω πολύ την διατροφή μου.παντα κινούμαι στα εξής χοληστερίνη 205-220, τριγλυκερίδια 225-255,καλή χοληστερίνη 30-33, κακή χοληστερίνη 125-135. Ο γιατρός μου προτείνε να ξεκινήσω προληπτικά μια μικρή δόση στασινης. Λόγω ηλικίας και λόγω ότι και να κάνω(σωστής διατροφής)οι εξετάσεις μου κινούνται σ' αυτά τα επίπεδα περίπου εδώ και πολλά χρόνια.
