Πώς εξηγείται η εξαφάνιση μάζας στο πάγκρεας μετά από χειρουργείο;
Καλησπέρα σας και συγχαρητήρια σε όλους για την υπέροχη εργασία σας! Σε μαγνητική και αξονική άνω κοιλιάς βρέθηκε συμπαγής μάζα στο σώμα και στην ουρά παγκρέατος 6 εκατοστών μετά από πολλές επισκέψεις σε διάφορους χειρουργούς όλοι συμφώνουσαν για περιφερική παγρεατεκτομη με αφαίρεση ίσως της σπλήνας ( είχαν δει και τα cd). Έγινε το χειρουργείο όμως κατά την διάρκεια του χειρουργείου δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν τίποτα ήμουν πεντακάθαρη κοίταξαν και όλα τα γειτονικά όργανα οπότε και με έκλεισαν. Πως γίνεται αυτό ενώ σε όλες τις εξετάσεις με εικόνες φαινόταν αυτή η μάζα? Έχει ξανασυμβεί κάτι παρόμοιο ιατρικά?
