Αιφνίδια δύσπνοια και ζάλη χωρίς άγχος - Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπερα. Πριν 4 μερες ενω περπατουσα, ενιωσα ενα εντονο αισθημα δυσπνοιας και ζαλαδας και πηγα σπιτι. 2 μερες μετα πηγα στο νοσοκομειο οπου με εκαναν εξετασεις αιματος και ακτινογραφιες κλπ και μου ειπαν οτι ολα ειναι καλα και απλα να παω σπιτι να χαλαρωσω. το θεμα ειναι οτι δεν εχω καποια περιοδο αγχους για να προκληθει αυτο. Μου ειπαν οτι προκαλειται απο την ανοδο των σφυγμων της καρδιας οι καρδιολογοι. Τωρα ειμαι σπιτι και δεν ξερω τι να κανω, φοβαμαι να βγω εξω και ξαναπαθω το ιδιο. Μπορειτε να με βοηθησετε;
