Καλησπέρα μπορεί η αξονικη να δειξει το λεπτό έντερο; Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας! Από μικρή ηλικία (περίπου 4-5 χρονών) θυμάμαι να με ενοχλεί ο καρπός μου αφού ζωγράφιζα ή έγραφα. Μέσα στα χρόνια (στο γυμνάσιο) αυτό έγινε χειρότερο και ο καρπός μου ξεκίνησε να «μπλοκάρει» κατά κάποιον τρόπο και να με πονάει πάρα πολύ αφού τον κούραζα. Εκ τότε (τώρα είμαι 22) έχω παρατηρήσει πως και ο καρπός μου και ο αστράγαλος μου «μπλοκάρουν» χωρίς να έχω κάνει κάτι συγκεκριμένο που να τους έχει κουράσει. Το πρόβλημα αυτό το αντιμετωπίζω κατά βάση στην δεξιά πλευρά του σώματος, υπάρχει και στην αριστερή αλλά λιγότερο έντονα. Τι θα μπορούσε να είναι και σε τι ειδικότητα να απευθυνθώ;

I injured my finger on Sunday and on Monday it began to bruise and swell slightly. I can move the finger fine, it only hurts if I squeeze a certain part of it. But the whole finger is now dark with bruise and it tends to be colder than the other fingers. Do I need to see a doctor or can I treat it somehow at home? I don't feel a break, so perhaps just a bad bruise?

Hello, I am a 33 year old, Male about 5/6 months ago I started to go to urinate more frequently at night, sometimes have difficulty starting to urinate, before going to bed I feel like I need to pee more, like my bladder is not empty. I also have foamy urine. I did some bloodwork to check on my kidneys and everything is okay. Can this be my prostate ? What do you recommend doing ? Thanks in advance :)
