Τι σημαίνει η ισταμίνη 4,2 στο τεστ αλλεργίας σε τρόφιμα;
Καλημέρα Πριν λίγες μέρες έκανα τέστ αλλεργίας σε τρόφιμα. Κοιτάζοντας τη λιστα με τα αλλεργιογόνα είδα οτι γράφει ισταμίνη 4,2. Μπορείτε να μου εξηγήσετε τι είναι αυτό. Η γιατρός μου βρίσκετε σε ταξίδι στο εξωτερικό αυτή τη στιγμή και θα ήθελα αν μπορείτε να με ενημερώσετε εσείς. Ευχαριστώ!

Η ισταμίνη είναι το δοκιμαστικό τεστ, βάσει του οποίου αξιολογούνται τα υπόλοιπα. Είναι η ένδειξη ότι μπορούν να γίνουν τα τεστ, δε σημαίνει κάτι - πρέπει πάντα να βγαίνει θετική για να γίνουν τα τεστ. Αν λαμβάνατε αντι-ισταμινικά, θα ήταν αρνητική, και δε θα μπορούσατε να κάνετε τα τεστ, για παράδειγμα.

Καλησπέρα. Το τεστ στην ισταμίνη είναι το θετικό κοντρόλ των δερματικών δοκιμασιών. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι όλοι οι ασθενείς, είτε έχουν κάποια αλλεργία είτε όχι, πρέπει να εμφανίζουν δερματική αντίδραση στην ισταμίνη, διαφορετικά δεν θεωρούνται οι δερματικές δοκιμασίες αξιόπιστες.
