Η υδρομυελία 2mm συνδέεται με πόνους μέσης και μονόπλευρους πονοκεφάλους;
Καλησπερα σας. Ειμαι γυναικα 35 ετων και κατοικω στο εξωτερικο. Εκανα προσφατα μαγνητικη σπονδυλικης στηλης μιας και τα τελευταια 2 χρονια εχω εντονους πονους χαμηλα στη μεση και την λεκανη και περιοδικους πονοκεφαλους μονο στη μια πλευρα με εντονη πιεση και πονο πισω απο το ματι. Η μαγνητικη δεν εδειξε καμμια δισκοκηλη ουτε στενωση. Εδειξε μονο υδρομυελια στο conus terminalis μεγεθους 2 mm. Η υδρομυελια ειναι το ιδιο με την συριγγομυελια? Υπαρχει περιπτωση οι πονοι στη μεση και οι πονοκεφαλοι να οφειλονται σε αυτο? Συστηνεται περαιτερω εξετασεις? Το επομενο μου ραντεβου με τον ορθοπαιδικο ειναι δυστυχως σε 4 μηνες δεν εχει κενο να με δει νωριτερα. Πρεπει να επισκεφτω και καποια αλλη ειδικοτητα γιατρου? Σας ευχαριστω πολυ εκ των προτερων.
