Έντονη καύση στον κόλπο και ουρήθρα μετά από θεραπεία Candida, τι να κάνω;

Είχα μύκητα Candida με αγωγή πέρασε Μετά από καλλιέργεια οι Εξετάσεις κολπικού υγρού βγήκαν όλα αρνητικά. Απλά τα ερυθρά και τα πυοσφαιρια οι τιμές ήταν 0-1 και η χλωρίδα κόλπου φτωχή. Έχω πάρει γσλακτοβακιλους κολπικά υπόθετα λαμβάνω προβιοτικα αλλά η έντονη καύση του καψίματος στη δεξιά περιοχή του κόλπου δεν υποχωρεί. Με αποτέλεσμα να η καύση να προχωρεί και στη ουρήθρα. Τι μπορώ να κάνω?
