Είμαι 49 ετών με χοληστερίνη 240 και θυρεοειδή, τι μπορώ να κάνω;
Είμαι γυναικα 49 ετών. Έχω χοληστερίνη 240 η καλη είναι 62 και η κακή 177. Την απέκτησα μετά το θυρεοειδή . Τι μπορώ να κάνω; Εχω αλλάξει 6 χάπια για το θυρεοειδή . Και η χοληστερίνη μου αυξομειώνεται . Τι μπορώ να κάνω;

Να διαλέξεις χαπι σχετικά "δυνατο" και να κάνεις διατροφή.Αν δεν μπορει να σταθεροποιηθει κάπου ή χοληστερίνη,καλύτερα πάντα χαμηλες παρα μετριο-υψηλες τιμές.Απο πολύ χαμηλες τιμές κανένας δεν έπαθε κατι από υψηλές πολλοί έπαθαν εμφραγμα
