Είναι ανησυχητικός ο αυξημένος σίδηρος στις εξετάσεις αίματος μου;

Καλησπέρα σας, είχα ξαναγράψει πάλι πριν μερικούς μήνες για αιματολογικές εξετάσεις. Είχα σίδηρο 154 πάνω απ' το όριο αλλά φεριτινη ήταν στο 37. Οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις πολύ καλές. Ξανά έκανα εξετάσεις μετά από 4 μήνες και ο σίδηρος έχει ανέβει και άλλο στο 176 με οριο 145 και φεριτινη 37,4. Είναι ανησυχητικό αυτό; Πρέπει να κάνω έλεγχο;
