Το εμβολιο μηνιγγιτιδας συνταγογραφειται μονο σε ειδικες ομαδες παιδιων(με σπληνεκτομη , ασπληνια κλπ κλπ).Σε ολα τα υπολοιπα παιδια , το χρεος το επιβαρυνεται εξ ολοκληρου ο γονεας.
