Πόνος στον γλουτό και γάμπα μετά από δισκεκτομή: Αντιμετώπιση;
Πριν ένα χρόνο έκανα χειρουργειο δισκεκτομης 04_05. Ο πόνος πριν το χειρουργειο ήταν αφορητος στο δεξί μου πόδι. Προηγήθηκε συντηρητική θεραπεία με peros αγωγή,ενδομυικες ενέσεις,φυσικουεραπειες και επισκληριδιο έγχυση κορτιζόνης. Μετά το χειρουργειο επέστρεψα κανονικά στους ρυθμούς της καθημερινότητας μου χωρίς καμία ενόχληση. Πριν 2,5 μήνες άρχισε μια ενόχληση στον γλουτο μου. Μετά ακολούθησε πονος κ στην γάμπα. Δεν είναι βέβαια τόσο ενοχλητικός όσο πριν την επέμβαση αλλά δεν μπορώ να σταθώ όρθια για πάνω από 1 ώρα. Έκανα μαγνητική κ ο γιατρός μου λέει πως δεν δείχνει απολύτως τίποτα. Έχω πάρει αντιφλεγμονωδη, neurontin 300, έκανα φυσικοθεραπειες ξανά και βελονισμό. Καμία βελτίωση. Τώρα ξεκίνησα κορτιζονη με την ελπίδα να βελτιωθώ. Τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω? Σ
