Ποιο είναι το επόμενο βήμα μετά από κήλη αυχένα α6-α7 και πώς να επιστρέψω στον αθλητισμό;
Καλησπέρα σας ! Πριν από περίπου 3 μήνες διαγνώσθηκα με κήλη στο αυχένα μεταξύ α6-α7 . Μετά από 3 μήνες η απεικόνιση της μαγνητικής δείχνει ενθαρρυντικά αποτέλεσμα καθώς αναφέρει στη διάγνωση «μεγάλου βαθμού ελάττωση της κυκλοτερής προβολησ και πλήρη υποχώρηση της επιπλέον» . Το επόμενο βήμα ποιο είναι ; Τι θα έπρεπε να κάνω για να επιστρέψω με ασφάλεια κάποια στιγμή στον αθλητισμό και να συνεχίσω έτσι ώστε η κήλη να ελαττωθεί κι άλλο ; Σας ευχαριστώ
