Είμαι έγκυος με καθίζηση σπονδύλου, μπορώ να κάνω επισκληρίδιο;
Καλησπέρα σας είμαι έγκυος και αν πάνε όλα καλά λέμε να γεννήσω φυσιολογικά άπλα έχω καθίζηση σπονδυλου στους 3 τελευταίους σπονδυλες μπορώ να κάνω επισκληριδιο.

Μπορείς να κάνεις επισκληρίδιο αλλά μετά τη γέννηση του παιδιού σου και αφού περάσει ένα διάστημα θα πρέπει να κάνεις αποσυμπίεση των δίσκων σου σε μηχανήματα αποσυμπίεσης για να μην έχεις θέμα με την μέση σου
