Πώς να διαχειριστώ τις συνεχείς βαθιές αναπνοές και κούραση στο στήθος;

Καλησπερα. Εδω και 3 χρονια εχω την αναγκη να παιρνω βαθιες ανασες καθε 1-2 λεπτα και αν δεν παρω βαθια, αναγκαζομαι να χασμουρηθω για να νιωσω ανακουφιση. Καποιες μερες που ειμαι λιγο χειροτερα, νιωθω μια κουραση στο στερνο απο τις πολλες ανασες και εχει γινει εντελως κουραστικο. Εχω κανει εξετασεις και δεν ειναι κατι παθολογικο, απλα το περιεργο ειναι πως καποιες φορες που κανω αεροβια χειροτερευει αντι να καλυτερευει οποτε μου προσθετει απογοητευση. Παιρνω enlift 20 καθημερινα και μου εχει διωξει τις κρισεις πανικου αλλα αυτο με την ανασα παραμενει.
