Μητέρα 33 ετών με αγχώδη διαταραχή: είναι οι β-αναστολείς λύση;
Καλησπερα και καλη χρονια με υγεια!Ειμαι 33 χρονων μητερα 2 παιδιων !Το πρωτο 2.5 χρονων κ το 2ο 3 μηνων!Το προβλημα μου ειναι το αγχος μου και το αισθημα παλμων ...πασχω απο αγχωδη διαταραχη αλλα θελω να αποφυγω τα αγχολυτικα...Θα ηθελα να μαθω αν οι β αναστολεις ειναι μια λυση γι αυτο που βιωνω.στην 2η μου εγκυμοσυνη επαιρνα concor 5mg λογω αρρυθμιας του εμβρυου και μπορω να πω πως με βοηθουσε πολυ.

Όχι οι β αναστολείς δεν είναι λύση γιατί το μόνο που κάνουν είναι να ρίχνουν τους χτυπους της καρδιας δεν απομακρύνουν το αγχος
