Καλησπέρα θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω όταν περνεις συμπλήρωμα β12 έκανα αιματολογικές εξετάσεις και ανέβηκε Πόλυ .μου είπαν να ποίο Πολλά υγρά τι πρέπει να τρώω εάν μπορείτε να Μ εξηγήσετε τη να αποφύγω ευχαριστώ
