Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για να χάσω 10 κιλά μετά την εγκυμοσύνη στα 41;
Είμαι 41 ετών γέννησα πριν ένα χρόνο και είμαι 68 κιλά 158 ύψος.Τα κιλά μου πάντα ήταν 54 με 58.Τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια είναι σταθερά 66 με 69.Σε πόσο καιρό μπορώ να χάσω 10 κιλά; Πεινάω συνέχεια και τρώω.
