Πόνος μετά από χειρουργείο ισχίου με λάμες: αιτίες και λύσεις;
Χειρουργείο σε ισχιο σπασιμο κεφαλης με λαμες κ βιδες εγινε 4 αυγουστου 2024 μετα απο παρασυρση ... το παλικαρι ακομη ποναει κ ο πονος δεν υποχωρει... παρα τις φυσικοθεραπεθες κ οξυγονοθεραπεια... που εκανε κ κανει... ποιος ο λογος που δεν υποχωρει... σας ευχαριστώ πολύ

Αν πρόκειται για οστεοσυνθεση υπικεφαλικου κατάγματος κ έχει αναπτυχθεί οστεονεκρωση (το υποθέτω λόγω των οξυγόνοθεραπειών που αναφέρετε) , πονάει λόγω της οστεονεκρωσης
Αν αποτύχει η οστεοσυνθεση το πιθανότερο είναι να χρειαστεί αρθροπλαστικη

Πολλοί μπορεί να είναι οι λόγοι. Μπορεί να μην έχει κολλήσει καλά, μπορεί να έχει οστεονέκρωση, μπορεί οι βίδες να έχουν μπει στην άρθρωση, μπορεί να έχει δημιουργηθεί αρθρίτιδα ... Χωρίς να δει κανείς την ακτινογραφία και να εξετάσει τον ασθενή είναι αδύνατον να μαντέψει.

Θελει μια επανεκτιμηση για πιθανες επιπλοκες απο την χειρουργικη παρεμβαση η απο τον τραυματισμο.
