Που να απευθυνθώ για ξαφνική πτώση φεριτίνης και υψηλή TSH;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι γυναίκα 25 ετών , έχω βάλει ενδοφλέβιο σίδηρο δύο φορές , μια το 2021 και μια πριν κάτι μηνεσ τον Φεβρουάριο και τώρα η φεριτίνη ξανά έπεσε απότομα στο 35 σίδηρος 48 και αιματοκρίτης 38. Παράλληλα έχω TSH 4,61 μου είπαν είναι υψηλό για την ηλικία μου. Έχω πάει σε γυναικολόγο δεν βρήκαν κάτι και έκανα και γαστροσκόπηση κολονοσκόπηση τίποτα πάλι. Το Apca βγήκε θετικό 1.20. Που πρέπει να απευθυνθώ ; Να πάω σε αιματολόγο και σε ενδοκρινολόγο; Ο θυροειδής παίζει ρόλο με την αναιμία ; Να σημειωθεί πριν βάλω ενδοφλέβιο είχα σίδηρο 19 φεριτίνη 2 άδεια τελείως και τώρα ξαναπέφτει δεν ξέρω που να απευθυνθώ .. σας ευχαριστώ

Κατά αρχάς με 38 αιματοκριτη δεν έχετε αναιμία Ούτε χρειάζεστε ενδοφλέβια σίδηρο Πρέπει να περνετε ανά διαστήματα από το στόμα και τίποτε άλλο
