Πωλήτρια 23 ετών με φερριτίνη/σίδηρο κανονικό: Τι σκευάσματα να πάρω;

Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 23 ετών, εργάζομαι ως πωλήτρια και στο παρελθόν έχω εμφανίσει σε εξετάσεις μου χαμηλό σίδηρο και φερριτινη (αρκετά χαμηλό) όμως οι τελευταίες μου αιματολογικες έδειξαν και τις δύο τιμές σε φυσιολογικά επίπεδα. Παρόλα αυτά εμφανίζω κατατονία κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας και αίσθημα κούρασης από την μια στιγμή στην άλλη. Σκέφτηκα να ξεκινήσω πάλι σκευάσματα σιδήρου ή κάποιες πολυβιταμινες, εσείς τι θα μου προτείνατε να πάρω?? Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!
