Καλησπερα. Η συζυγος εκανε πριν 2 μηνες ενδοφλεβια σιδηρου γιατι ειχε τα παντα χαμηλα. (Σιδηρο 15,φεριτινη, αιματοκριτη). Σε επαναληπτικες προσφατα ο σιδηρος πηγε 34 με οριο το 40, ο αιματοκριτης και ολα τα ερυθρα σε φυσιολογικες τιμες). Η φεριτινη ομως ειναι 2.2. Η δοση σιδηρου που πηρε ηταν 500mg. Θα χρειαστει ξανα ενδοφλεβια? Η μονο σκευασμα?

Χρειάζεται σίγουρα κιάλο σίδηρο για να καλύψει τις αποθήκες τις Πρέπει να πάρει σίδηρο είτε ενδοφλέβια είτε από το στόμα Πρέπει επίσης να ελέγξετε γιατί έχει σιδηροπενια
