Πώς να ελέγξω για αλλεργία σε κορτιζόνη, αντισταμινικά και σκιαγραφικό;
Καλησπέρα σας Πέρσυ πριν από μία μαγνητική εξέταση χρειάσθηκε να πάρω κορτιζόνη αντισταμηνικα και γαστροπροστασια το τελευταίο βράδυ πριν την εξέταση μετά τη λήψη των φαρμάκων εμφάνισα εντονη εφυδρωση και μια ελαφριά διόγκωση της γλώσσας μου, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μου χορηγήσουν το σκιαγραφικο φάρμακο διότι μου είπαν πως σε περίπτωση αλλεργίες σε αυτό χορήγητε κορτιζόνη κ αντισταμηνικα σαν "αντίδοτο" στο οποίο μπορεί να έχω αλλεργία οπότε δεν ρισκάρουν . Τώρα που θέλω να ξανά κάνω μια μαγνητική πως θα είμαι σίγουρη ότι δεν έχω αλλεργία στην κορτιζόνη τα αντισταμιστικά και το σκιαγραφικό πως γίνονται αυτοί οι έλεγχοι αν υπάρχουν;

Καλησπέρα σας. Για να διαπιστωθεί η ύπαρξη φαρμακευτικής αλλεργίας, χρειάζεται να γίνουν οι κατάλληλες δερματικές δοκιμασίες, να ερμηνευτούν από τον αλλεργιολόγο και να σάς κατατοπίσει ποια φάρμακα μπορείτε τελικά να λάβετε και ποια όχι.
