 Έχει αποφοιτήσει από το Τμήμα Ψυχολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου του Ανατολικού Λονδίνου το 2020 και κατόπιν συνέχισε τις Μεταπτυχιακές Σπουδές της στο Πρόγραμμα με Τίτλο “MSc – Κλινική και Κοινοτική Ψυχολογία”. Η πρακτική της άσκηση στο πλαίσιο των σπουδών της πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Γ.Ν.Θ. Ιπποκράτειο.

Σήμερα παρέχει ατομικές διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες ψυχοθεραπείας ακολουθώντας τη Γνωστική Συμπεριφορική Προσέγγιση, στην οποία και εκπαιδεύτηκε από το 2021 στην Ελληνική Εταιρεία Γνωστικής Συμπεριφορικής Ψυχοθεραπείας (GACBP) στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Δεν έχουμε κάνει ακόμη πολλές συνεδρίες, εξού και ο βαθμός 8, όμως σίγουρα αισθάνομαι την προθυμία , και το ενδιαφέρον της. Προσωπικά, νιώθω αυτομάτως πιο ασφαλής και οικεία έχοντας απέναντι μου μία γυναίκα , γιατί θεωρώ ότι μπορεί να κατανοήσει/εκτιμήσει αλλιώς αυτά που έχω να πω. Identifying the distortions in a person's thinking that are causing problems and then examining these in the light of reality.
