Lifelong education is a primary goal for her because the field of Dietetics and Nutrition is rapidly evolving and existing knowledge is constantly changing. Thus, she attends numerous educational programs and conferences. Still, she is actively involved in research in her field, participating in scientific writing groups. Finally, she has been particularly involved in sustainable development and the role of nutrition in it, giving speeches at conferences and participating in the organization of workshops and forums on sustainable development. According to the office's philosophy, nutrition is a means to maintain and promote human health and psychology. The aim is to educate on health-promoting eating habits and to adopt them to the extent possible through counseling. It is a key objective to achieve a happy medium between the individual's habits, preferences, and time and the changes needed. Thus, personalization is a key aspect of nutritional intervention and each dietary program and nutritional advice is tailored to the needs of the individual.
