Ξεκίνησα ψυχοθεραπεία με την κ. Γκιόκα πριν ένα χρόνο περίπου και μπορώ να πω πως είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από τη διαδικασία και από τη μεταξύ μας σχέση. Είναι πάντα εκεί, με κατανόηση, στήριξη και αποδοχή. Παρατηρώ πως διαχειρίζομαι με καλύτερο τρόπο τα θέματα που απασχολούν ενώ βλέπω σιγά σιγά και όσα με επηρεάζουν απο παλιά. Η προσέγγιση Gestalt είναι επίσης πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα και νιώθω ότι μου ταιριάζει.

Αν και εξήγησα εκ των προτέρων ότι δεν έχω αποφασίσει αν θα επενδύσω σε τακτικές συνεδρίες, η κυρία Γκιόκα έδειξε ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον να με ακούσει. Βρήκα πολύ σημαντικό το ότι μιλούσαμε στον ενικό, και ένιωσα πολύ άνετα να μιλήσω για ό,τι με απασχολεί. Παρόλο που συζητήσαμε για δύσκολα θέματα, η συζήτησή μας ήταν στο σύνολό της πολύ ευχάριστη, και φεύγοντας ένιωθα ήδη αρκετά καλύτερα. Μου άρεσε επίσης ο χώρος, τον βρήκα πολύ ζεστό και χάρηκα βλέποντας ότι εφαρμόζει διάφορες μέθοδους σε συνδυασμό με τέχνες!
