Υιοθετεί μια δια βίου προσέγγιση στην επιμόρφωση συμμετέχοντας τακτικά σε εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια και συνέδρια, με έμφαση στον τομέα της ψυχικής υγείας και της συστημικής θεραπείας. Ταυτόχρονα από τα φοιτητικά της χρόνια ακόμη, φρόντιζε να διατηρεί και μια εθελοντική συνεργασία με πλαίσια ψυχικής υγείας. Έτσι, έχει συνεργαστεί ως εθελόντρια με την Α.Μ.Κ.Ε.
