Αποφοίτησε από το τμήμα Κοινωνιολογίας του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών. Η ανάγκη της να κατανοήσει το πώς οι κοινωνικές παθογένειες επηρεάζουν τον ατομικό ψυχισμό, την οδήγησε να ασχοληθεί και με τον χώρο της ψυχικής υγείας. Παράλληλα, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Διαχείριση Διατροφικών Διαταραχών στο National Centre for Eating Disorders καθώς και στην Κοινωνική Κλινική Ψυχολογία των Εξαρτήσεων στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων, ημερίδων, συνεδρίων και συνεχίζει να παρακολουθεί, όπως επιτάσσει το είδος τους επαγγέλματος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της στο Σύλλογο Ατόμων με Αναπηρίες Νίκη - Victor Artant καθώς και στο Κέντρο Πρόληψης Αχαρνών - Διέξοδος. Ταυτόχρονα εκπαιδεύεται στη Συστημική Ψυχοθεραπεία στην Εταιρεία Συστημικής Θεραπείας και Παρέμβασης σε Άτομα, Οικογένειες και Ευρύτερα Συστήματα.
