Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στην Εταιρεία Σπαστικών Βορείου Ελλάδος και είχε έτσι την ευκαιρία να έρθει σε επαφή με ευπαθείς κοινωνικές ομάδες. Συνεχίζει να επιμορφώνεται με εκπαιδεύσεις, καθώς η προσωπικότητα του ατόμου αποτελεί μια σύνθετη και μη στατική διαδικασία. Θεραπευτικά εργάζεται με ενήλικες και εφήβους και εφαρμόζει τις γνώσεις της σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες και τους στόχους του καθενός, με σκοπό την προώθηση της ψυχικής υγείας και της ευημερίας των θεραπευόμενων. Από το 2023 διεξάγει ψυχοθεραπευτικές συνεδρίες σε ενήλικες και εφήβους σύμφωνα με τη γνωστική συμπεριφορική προσέγγιση και αναλαμβάνει αιτήματα που αφορούν σε : διαχείριση θυμού, χαμηλή αυτοεκτίμηση, ιδεοψυχανακστική διαταραχή, διαταραχές άγχους, ψυχική ενδυνάμωση, διαταραχές προσωπικότητας και αυτογνωσία. Αποτελεί προσωπική της πεποίθηση πως η ψυχοθεραπεία είναι ένα συναρπαστικό ταξίδι μέσα από το οποίο το άτομο αποκτά επίγνωση του εαυτού και των δυνατοτήτων του. Η Νάνσυ εκτός από υπέροχος άνθρωπος είναι και μια αξιόλογη και γεμάτη γνώσεις ψυχολόγος. Έχοντας ήδη δοκιμάσει συνεδρίες με άλλους ψυχολόγους μπορώ να πω με σιγουριά ότι ήταν η μόνη που με βοήθησε να προχωρήσω στη ζωή μου θεραπεύοντας διάφορα προσωπικά μου ζητήματα. Με καθοδήγησε και με ενθάρρυνε να αναπτύξω τον εαυτό μου. Με την δημιουργία ενός ζεστού, ασφαλούς και γεμάτο εμπιστοσύνη περιβάλλον με βοήθησε μέσα σε λίγο καιρό να αρχίσω να βλέπω την ζωή πολύ διαφορετικά.
