Αρχικά προσέγγισα την Ηλιάνα για να με βοηθήσει να ελέγξω και να διαχειριστώ τον φόβο μου για τα αεροπλάνα καθώς μένω στο εξωτερικό τα τελευταία χρονια και το να χρησιμοποιώ το συγκεκριμένο μέσω μεταφοράς ήταν αναπόφευκτο. Με την Ηλιανα δουλέψαμε μαζί μερικους μήνες και καταφέραμε να βρούμε τις πραγματικές μου φοβίες και πως αυτές συνδέονται με πιθανές πτήσεις. Πλέον νιώθω πολύ πιο ήρεμη όταν ταξιδεύω γεγονός που δεν θα μπορούσα να διαχειριστώ χωρίς τη βοήθεια της.
