Η προσέγγισή του είναι ζεστή, χωρίς να είναι παρεμβατική, και δείχνει πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για ό,τι με απασχολεί. Συνδυάζει την κατανόηση με την επαγγελματική καθοδήγηση.
