Stella Koulouvardi is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist, a graduate of the Panteion University of Athens with a License to Practice a Profession and a Master's Degree in Liaison Psychiatry-Physical and Mental Health Care of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Medicine School. She is specialized in Art Psychotherapy, has specialized training in Medical Psychology and Healthy Aging of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens while training in the «Behavior Analysis program» of Panteion University Lifelong Learning Center (K.E.DI.BI.M). She has ongoing training in the introductory Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program of EKISYP in collaboration with Psychiatric Athens Hospital Dromokaiteio. She has done her internship at Psychiatric Athens Hospital "Dafni", at "Armonia" Guesthouse and Liaison Psychiatry department of Attikon Hospital. She has worked as a Psychologist at the Family Counseling Center of Moschato-Tavros Municipality. She has been professionally involved in the performing arts for the last 15 years, coordinating and teaching empowerment groups for teenagers and adults motor improvisation and Physical Theater as a means of expression and creativity with the aim of cultivating personal identity as well as mental resilience. She has created Dance films with social content participating in numerous artistic Festivals in Greece and abroad in collaboration with international organizations, Day Centres and Artistic Multispaces. She is a co-indictive member of «Hellenic Association of Art Psychotherapists» and currently works as a Psychologist in the Social Service of the Municipality of Glyfada providing psychological support to socially vulnerable groups (3rd & 4th age, people with special needs, people with chronic diseases and comorbidities, immigrants, socially excluded people) while at the same time undertakes private individual sessions of Adult Psychological support. She also supports groups of adults and adolescents of mental empowerment & healing through Art.
